- learning modules. - Deliver training sessions in various formats, including
- person workshops, virtual sessions, and

- one coaching. - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed. - Create and maintain training documentation and resources. - Support the onboarding process for new employees. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED**- Experience in a Training or Learning and Development role. - Strong presentation and facilitation skills. - Ability to design and develop engaging training materials. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. - Positive attitude and ability to motivate others. - Curious, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement. - Proficient in Google Workspace**WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU**- Hybrid
