Insurance Account Executive - Multinational

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Multinational team at Marsh. This role will be based in Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

You’ll be joining a dynamic client facing team that supports the risk business.

As a true advisor you’ll deliver a
- quality service to our clients as partner with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.

You’ll be in contact with a multinational clients portfolio as well as our internal international structure.

Responsibilities

• Contribute with the management of our clients portfolio.
• Develop new business.
• Manage the delivery of solutions to our clients, while connecting other areas of expertise.
• Assure a high level quality service delivery and renovation processes.

Qualifications

• A degree in Economics, Management or similar.
• At least 1-3 years of experience working with
  - life insurances for corporate clients.
• English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools (mainly Power
  Point and Excel).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience and knowledge related to a diverse set of insurances.
• Proactivity and solution oriented profile.
• Experience working with Multinational clients.
• Ability to manage a diverse network of international colleagues.
