We are seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto. It is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office.

You will join a dynamic team supporting the risk business.

As a trusted advisor, you will deliver
- quality service to our clients and collaborate with other internal Marsh and Mercer teams.

You will interact with a portfolio of multinational clients and our internal international structure.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing our clients' portfolios.
• Developing new business opportunities.
• Delivering solutions to clients and coordinating with other expertise areas.
• Ensuring quality service delivery and process improvements.

Requirements:

• A degree in Economics, Management, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in
  - life insurance for corporate clients.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Power
  Point and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience and knowledge in various insurance types.
• Proactive and
  - oriented mindset.
• Experience with construction insurance.
• Ability to collaborate with international colleagues.
