Insurance Claims Handler Lisboa

Overview

Join to apply for the Insurance Claims Handler role at Marsh. This hybrid role is based in Lisbon or Porto and requires working at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with one of Marsh's international accounts
• Evaluate claims related to liability and property insurance
• Follow up processes to cover, decline or request additional documentation to
  - evaluate
• Reply to standard customer inquiries regarding the products and services offered
• Answer, document and monitor calls, emails and transactions
• Track client information and log data in spreadsheets to assist with monitoring claim activity

What you need to have

• Degree in Law
• Detail-oriented and organized profile
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft tools
