- driven professionals to join their team in Lisbon as an Insurance Coordinator (with Italian or German ).

What You’ll Be Doing

Provide friendly and professional support to clients via phone and email on health insurance topics

Resolve questions about claims, benefits, and policies with accuracy and care Maintain
-
- date client records and handle sensitive data responsibly

Spot complex issues and escalate to the right departments quickly

Recommend additional services when they can benefit the customer

Always aim for high customer satisfaction and exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in customer service or insurance is a big plus

Organized,
- thinking, and ready to multitask Fluent in Italian or German , with English at C1 level

Strong communicator who enjoys helping people

Problem-solver with a proactive mindset

Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
