- driven professionals to join their team in Lisbon as an Insurance Coordinator (with Italian or German).

What You’ll Be Doing

• ? Provide friendly and professional support to clients via phone and email on health insurance topics
• ? Resolve questions about claims, benefits, and policies with accuracy and care
• ? Maintain
  -
  - date client records and handle sensitive data responsibly
• ? Spot complex issues and escalate to the right departments quickly
• ? Recommend additional services when they can benefit the customer
• ? Always aim for high customer satisfaction and exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For

• ✅ Experience in customer service or insurance is a big plus
• ? Organized,
  - thinking, and ready to multitask
• ? Fluent in Italian or German, with English at C1 level
• ? Strong communicator who enjoys helping people
• ? Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• ? Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
