Insurance Corporate Senior Manager

Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Work arrangement: Hybrid – at least three days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for clients' new business quotations, renewals, mid‑term adjustments and general queries.
• Oversee a substantial portfolio of accounts managed by the team and collaborate with the sales team to expand business.
• Develop close and trusting relationships within the insurance markets and with clients.
• Manage a small team of 5 Account Managers as team leader.
• Administer performance appraisals and coach the Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or master’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in the financial sector.
• Solid experience managing corporate accounts.
• English and Portuguese language proficiency.
• Dynamic interpersonal skills.
• Growth‑oriented, business‑driven mindset.
