Insurance Credit Specialties Operations Trainee

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Credit Insurance team at Marsh. This role will be based in Porto or Lisbon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

1. Assist in client management tasks about various
   - related insurances.
2. Provide administrative support to the team and ensure that platforms and databases are kept up to date.
3. Support the team in managing renewals and identifying new business opportunities, as well as maintaining continuous and strategic contact with insurance companies.
4. Collaborate with the Credit Insurance Team to enhance the client experience.

What you need to have:

1. A degree or masters degree in law, business administration, economics or other related field.
2. A strong interest in credit insurance, surety, factoring, structured credit, or political risk.
3. Basic understanding of the banking insurance market.
4. Business development drive.
5. Native Portuguese.
6. Intermediate English level (B2).
7. Advanced proficiency working with Msc Excel.
8. Availability for a 9-month internship, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
