- centric approach. We are currently seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Service Representative fluent in Italian and proficient in English to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview:As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Handling inquiries via phone and email, you will offer detailed information about insurance products, assist with policy inquiries, and support insurance brokers with their queries.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy cancellations, and general account information.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls and emails, ensuring a high level of service and accuracy.
Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex cases as necessary.
Maintain thorough knowledge of insurance products, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to provide accurate information and guidance.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:1, 000 EUR per 14 months, totaling 14, 000 EUR per annum.
Meal Allowance:1, 908. 72 EUR per annum.
Transport Allowance:20 per month, totaling 240 EUR per annum.
Gross Annual Income:16, 148. 72 EUR
Performance Bonus:Up to 100 EUR per 12 months, totaling 1, 200 per annum.
Health Insurance:Provided from day one, with coverage becoming free after six months.
Welcome Bonus:2, 000 EUR upon joining.
Schedule & Location:
Hours:40 hours per week, 8 hours per day with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday (rotational shifts between 07:30 AM to 08:00 PM).
Days Off:Weekends, with specific days off determined by the shift manager.
Location:Central Lisbon, easily accessible from various parts of the city.
Qualifications:
Language Skills:Native-level proficiency in Italian and B2 level in English.
Experience:Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
Skills:Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Documents Accepted:
EU ID.
Residence card.

Art 57 Visa or Art 54 Visa.
Relocation Package:
Reimbursement of airfare up to 400 (Economy class) after six months.
Shared apartment accommodation with a room rental of 280 per month (deducted from salary).
Hiring Process:
Initial application review.
Language assessment.
1-2 interviews with the client conducted in French.
Joining Deadline:September 4th.
