The Work You’ll Do

Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of clients
- Validate Client Insurance Premium Tax data using in‑house software
- Confirm tax amounts due to your clients
- Create accurate tax returns for your clients
- Ensure all data is accurate and returns are submitted within strict deadlines
- Develop and foster a close working relationship with all clients
- Attend client meetings as and when appropriate
What We Need From You
- 1+ years of client service‑related work experience preferred and previous experience in accounting or finance is a strong plus
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Excel (mandatory) and other MS Office products
- Possess first‑class attention to detail including data accuracy and deadline management
- Assure you prioritise a working schedule that ensures returns are filed within legal timeframes
- Work independently in a fast‑paced, changing environment
- Be a team player with a “can do” attitude
- Show willingness to learn new skills as business needs dictate
- Additional European languages an advantage – and you will get a chance to use them!

- Excel assessment – since Excel proficiency is key in this role, you will complete a short exercise to demonstrate your comfort with spreadsheets.
- Department interview – a final conversation with the team you will potentially join, focusing on role‑specific knowledge, collaboration, and how you would contribute to our day‑to‑day operations.
