About the Role

We are looking for a fluent French speaker (C2) with strong English (B2) to join our team as an Insurance Support Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and insurance brokers, providing clear guidance, expert support, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone and email.
• Provide accurate information about insurance products and coverage options.
• Assist with policy management, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers as a reliable point of contact.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and composure in all interactions.
• Navigate internal systems efficiently to update and access customer information.

Requirements

• Languages: French C2 (native level), English B2 (strong).
• Experience: Customer service background; insurance experience is a plus.
• Skills: Clear communication, problem‑solving, empathy, patience, professionalism, and strong organizational abilities.
• Tech: Comfortable with computer systems and software applications.
• Attitude: Positive, proactive, and customer‑focused.

What We Offer

• Base Salary: 920 EUR/month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: 100 EUR/month
• Complexity Bonus: 50 EUR/month
• Meal Allowance: 7. 63 EUR/day
• Contract: Fixed‑term (6 months)
