Talent to take on the role of Integration and Production Engineer for a project in the logistics sector.

What will you do?

Ensure proactive monitoring of production and
- production environments;

Handle Level 1 and 2 incidents and create/submit tickets;

Perform initial diagnostics, apply procedures, and escalate issues as necessary;

Implement dashboards to monitor environments and production plans;

Collaborate with IT managers to resolve incidents, monitor service quality, and implement technical changes;

Contribute to updating operational documentation and monitoring instructions.

What are we looking for?

Experience in technical support or IT operations (L1/L2);

Knowledge of ticketing tools such as JIRA and GLPI CMDB;

Knowledge of Linux (RHEL), Windows, monitoring environments (Nagios/Centreon), and scripting tools (Bash, Power
Shell);

Data integration and design of interactive dashboards using the ELK stack / Kibana / Grafana;

Availability for
- call duties;

Fluency in French and Portuguese (mandatory).
