Join our team as Integration Engineer (f/m/d)

Are you passionate about building robust, scalable, and secure integration solutions? We’re looking for an experienced Integration Engineer to lead the evolution of our integration layer and ensure seamless communication between enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze technical and functional requirements to implement integration solutions aligned with logistics business needs and stakeholder expectations.

Design and implement EAI integration solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency in system communications.

Lead the evolution of the integration layer (currently based on IBM App Connect), ensuring interoperability between internal and external systems via Web Services, APIs, AS2, FTP, and more.

Collaborate with development teams, technical analysts, and project managers to define integration standards and best practices.

Ensure resilience, consistency, and quality of integration processes, documenting architecture and creating technical guidelines.

Participate in the evaluation and selection of new integration technologies aligned with strategic business needs.

Perform troubleshooting and optimization of integration flows to ensure operational efficiency.

Apply Dev
Ops and CI/CD best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Skills:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in system integration and complex IT projects.

Proven experience with EAI integration applications, focusing on SOA and EDA architectures.

Professional experience in reputable companies.

Critical thinking, autonomy, and proactivity.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in integration systems.

Preferred experience with IBM Message Broker → IBM Integration Bus → IBM App Connect.

Valued knowledge in Mule
Soft, Boomi, Web
Methods, Informatica, Infinity, and/or cloud integration platforms like Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, Functions).

Proficiency in REST and SOAP APIs, including design, development, and management.

Experience with data exchange standards such as EDI, XML, X12, JSON.

Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Experience with DB2 (preferred), SQL Server, Oracle, and Maria
DB.

Experience with Windows and Linux environments.

Knowledge of containerization and service orchestration.

Proficiency in ESQL, Java, PL/SQL, . NET, PHP, HTML, T-SQL, SQLPL, Data
Weave, Java
Script, Groovy.

Experience with Git and CI/CD practices for continuous integration.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
