We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Application Integration Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the implementation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of Shield’s Saa
S and
- premise products. You will work closely with development teams and directly with the IT departments of our customers to ensure the availability, security, and reliability of cloud deployments, as well as troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production Saa
S environments.

What You'll Do:

• Be a Shield implementation expert.
• Understand deployment patterns and all configurations supporting these patterns.
• Implement the Shield platform from deployment handover to
  - live readiness.
• Configure applications to meet
  - specific requirements.
• Execute integrations between the Shield system and external data sources.
• Create and demonstrate technical documentation.

Requirements:

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in implementing, monitoring, and maintaining enterprise applications in production environments.
• Previous roles such as IT expert, QA Engineer, Technical Support, or Application Level 2/3 support.
• Experience with complex technical support or integrations.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms with external sources via API or other methods.
• Operational infrastructure administration.
• Experience with configuration management and automation frameworks like Ansible, Terraform, Helm, and Vault.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience with JIRA for issue tracking.
• Knowledge of Docker deployment technologies – a big advantage.
• Experience with Open
  Search – a big advantage.
• Experience working with observability tools.
• Experience working with enterprise customers.
• Organized and structured, with good documentation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
