Profile:

- At least 3 years of
- level expertise in Microsoft 365 within hybrid provisioning and authentication environments;



- At least 3 years of experience with Power
Shell scripting;



- Solid knowledgeand
- on experience with Azure Dev
Ops, C# development and Terraform;



- Practical experiencewith Microsoft Azure, federated authentication and
- scale messaging systems;



- Strong understandingof Microsoft 365 Security e Compliance, including Purview and Microsoft Defender;



- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a technical team;



- Strong interpersonalskills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to business stakeholders;



- ISC2 CISSP certification or equivalent in information security;



- Broader knowledge ofenterprise IT systems beyond Windows, including network security, development practices, and heterogeneous OS environments;



- Fluent English. Responsibilities:

- Maintain and support the global Microsoft 365 platform, including maintenance, updates, upgrades, patching, migrations, deployments and
- related activities;



- Manage and evolve the global provisioning portal developed in Azure Dev
Ops;



- Ensure maximum platform availability, performance and security across hybrid environments;



- Maintain operationaland configuration documentation, including SOPs;



- Lead knowledge transfer activities to Level 2 teams and promote
- left initiatives;



- Provide 3rd and4th line support for Microsoft 365 services;



- Collaborate closely with infrastructure, architecture, cyber defence, compliance and vendor teams;



- Drive secure integration of
- premise and cloud components, ensuring compliance with group security policies;



- Provide technical direction across virtual teams and contribute to continuous service improvement. What we offer:
