Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Design
- level integration solutions for customized and
- standard demands, including Io
T use cases, telecom platforms, and partner network integrations

• Lead and guide the development and integration engineering teams, ensuring strong collaboration and
- quality technical outputs

• Perform
- on troubleshooting and fix issues during delivery activities

• Oversee the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and quality of all integration solutions

• Work closely with Sales, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment with business and engineering roadmaps

• Contribute to the creation of
- made integration solutions when needed

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with APIs, microservice architectures, and middleware technologies such as ESB and Kafka

• Solid experience with IT solutions in the Telecommunications sector, especially for enterprise customers

• Proven background in leading technical teams within integration or engineering environments

• Degree in a technical field, with a master’s degree being a plus

• Experience or certification in Agile methodologies

Nice to Have

• Ability to design and deliver customized integration solutions

• Knowledge of telecom interoperability and network protocols such as Order Management, IPv4/IPv6, packet and
- switched networks, MPLS, Vo
LTE, 5G, LTE, HSS, routing (BGP), VPN, and NNI

• Fluency in English

• Ability to simplify complex problems and deliver workable solutions

• Strong customer focus and commitment to service delivery

• Availability to work in the EU
