Generix Group is growing along with its talents, so let’s build our future together!**Ready to join us the challenge of digital transformation of prestigious clients? ****JOB DESCRIPTION**As an Integrator and IT Support, you will be involved in the support of our collaborative platform. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of technical incidents in the platform;



- Provide level 2 support and consultancy;



- Be involved in continuous improvement of the system and in operational conditions;



- Maintenance of the platform. **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS**- Level 4/5 in Computer Science, Electronic or similar. Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics or similar will be a plus;



- More than 5 years of experience;



- Knowledge of oneor more OS (Linux, Windows) and Networks;



- Mastery of several scripting languages (Bash, Shell, Python, Ansible, among others);



- Fluency in English is required. An intermediate level in French is a plus. **OFFER**- Attractive wages and benefits;
