Intercompany Accountant
Job Description
As Intercompany Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Intercompany Payables (AP ICO):
Process intercompany payments, ensure sufficient account funding, and propose invoices for payment in case of cash shortages. Recognize and process intercompany invoices for
- related items in Coupa, including PO and
- PO invoices, ensuring correct approvals and financial dimension allocation. Monitor and resolve invoices on hold (Pending Action, Booking Hold, AP Hold, etc. ). - Intercompany Receivables (AR ICO):
Perform manual postings for customer transactions, ensure accurate revenue recognition. Prepare and process intercompany recharges, ensuring correct documentation and compliance. Handle manual invoice processing and ICO sales reconciliation. - Intercompany Reconciliation & Reporting:
Conduct ICO account reconciliations, ensure timely corrections, accruals, and compliance with deadlines. Analyze ICO differences and implement corrective actions. Track and report WIP, accrued sales, ICO loans, interest, dividends, and cash pooling. Act as a point of contact for business units regarding overdues, credit notes, and reconciliation queries. Collaborate with Treasury, Business, and other finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
What we expect:
- Experience:
In finance, preferably within BPO/SSC. - Languages:
Very good English skills (both written and spoken). - Skills:
Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. - Additional qualities:
Diligence, reliability, attention to detail, good organization skills.
