Intercompany Accountant Trainee (f/m/div)

Responsibilities

• Account and Customer Management: Request creation and maintenance of supplier and customer records; clear and maintain transitory accounts
• Invoice Analysis: Analyze invoices concerning purchase and sales orders
• Transaction Compliance: Certify that all accounting trade transactions are recorded following defined guidelines; understanding of treasury policy concerning intercompany payment run
• Support and Revision: Extract reports from the system to ensure that any discrepancies are identified and solved promptly; execute trade reconciliations
• Project Participation: Participate in several global projects

Your Profile / Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, or a similar field
• Working Style: Flexible approach to work and ability to adapt to new challenges, having the ability to take initiative and focus on quality
• Hard skills: A good level of Excel skills; SAP is a plus
• Language skills: Fluent in English
