What You Would Do Here

• Lead HR Service Delivery: guide and develop a team focused on providing
  - class employee inquiry support, serving as an escalation point for complex People and Payroll matters.
• Ensure Data Integrity & Compliance: oversee HR transactions to meet minimum standards, maintaining auditable, clean, and
  -
  - date people systems.
• Drive Operational Excellence: partner with regional senior management and stakeholders to address HR operational needs with high responsiveness and accuracy.
• Manage Payroll Operations: oversee monthly payroll checks for the assigned region, ensuring accuracy and timely submission; support regional payroll implementation projects.
• Uphold Compliance Standards: manage adherence to SOX controls and compliance, ensuring SOP requirements are followed and documented.
• Optimize HR Processes: contribute to design, tracking, and implementation of improvements for HR business processes; translate operational needs into technical requirements and work with IT.
• Facilitate Regional Approvals: manage the regional offer approval process in line with internal guidelines.
• Support System Enhancements: contribute to improvement projects; collaborate with COEs and internal teams including IT to test new functionality and troubleshoot HR systems.
• Analyze & Report: analyze support tickets and HR processes to provide regional status insights and identify opportunities for continuous improvements.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 2+ years of leadership experience in People Operations, HR Service Delivery, or Payroll, preferably within the EMEA region.
• HR Systems Expertise: familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and Zendesk; experience with Core HR, Talent, and Compensation modules is a plus.
• Process Improvement Mindset: demonstrable ability to support projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Attention to Detail & Accuracy: highly detailed and
  - oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy in HR transactions and data management.
• Compliance Knowledge: good knowledge of EMEA employment laws and operating within regulatory environments.
• Customer Focus: strong internal client and employee service orientation.
• Communication Skills: excellent verbal and written communication, able to respond to
  - regional inquiries.
• Prioritization & Execution: adept at prioritizing tasks and providing clear status reports.
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Adaptability: able to operate in a global,
  - paced environment with the ability to oversee payroll changes and reports for the EMEA region.
