Job Description:

As the Interim Head of Product, you will play a pivotal role in steering the strategic direction of tb. lx’s focus areas during a critical 7-month period to cover two parental leaves. You will oversee a team of seven Product Managers, ensuring alignment with our leadership team’s top priorities while maintaining momentum across key initiatives.

You will be responsible for driving
- functional collaboration, coaching your team, and ensuring successful delivery of product roadmaps. You will proactively manage the product lifecycle from strategic planning to execution, ensuring stakeholder engagement. Your leadership will be key in resolving blockers, mitigating risks, and achieving milestones.

You will foster a culture of psychological safety, clarity, and high performance. Conducting regular 1:1s, providing feedback, and supporting your team in overcoming challenges will be essential. You will work closely with Engineering Managers and the People Team to ensure staffing and resource planning align with organizational goals.

You will lead the alignment and closure of service agreements with business partners, ensuring negotiations and documentation are timely. You will assess the health of the product strategy, team dynamics, and processes, delivering actionable recommendations and a seamless handover to permanent leadership.

What you will bring to the team:

• 8+ years in product management, with at least 3 years in senior leadership overseeing multiple teams and portfolios;
• Strong experience managing
  - functional teams and aligning engineering, business, and executive stakeholders;
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and change in
  - paced environments;
• Experience with enterprise partners and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes, ideally in mobility, automotive, or tech industries;
• Proven success in negotiating
  - term service agreements or strategic partnerships;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and drive impactful conversations;
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a
  - driven approach;
• Ability to quickly onboard, assess organizational health, and deliver impactful outcomes within a timeframe;
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with
  - driven product development, AI, data platforms, or connectivity solutions;
• Understanding of financial planning and budget negotiations;
• Fluency in German or Portuguese is a plus.
