We Are Looking For An Intermediate Fullstack Developer Who

• Has solid experience working with AWS, including both serverless and
  - serverless services.
• Is proficient with the AWS SDK, particularly:
  • Java
    Script for Node. js-based services.
  • Python (boto3) for scripting and infrastructure tasks.
• Is comfortable working with Infrastructure-as-Code, using tools like:
  • AWS CDK
  • Terraform
  • Bonus if you have
    - agnostic experience — we are in the process of migrating some services to Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Has experience developing backend services in:
  • Node. js / Type
    Script
  • Python
  • Java or Kotlin
• Can work with both relational and No
  SQL databases, such as:
  • Postgre
    SQL
  • Dynamo
    DB
  • Elasticsearch
• Understands monolithic architectures, but is also experienced with:
  • Microservices
  • Event-driven systems
• Has some understanding of frontend technologies, especially React.
• Is curious and open to exploring AI integrations, including:
  • Working with LLMs (Large Language Models)
  • Building Ra
    Gs (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or MCPs (Model Context Protocol) servers/clients
  • Designing and implementing intelligent AI agents
• Is responsible,
  - conscious, and ideally has experience (or willingness to adapt to) working in the healthcare domain, where compliance and handling of PHI (Protected Health Information) are critical.
• Is open to contributing ideas and solutions, and eager to collaborate on system architecture decisions, especially in the context of cloud infrastructure, microservices, and AI-powered systems.
• Understands and works with CI/CD pipelines, particularly with Git
  Hub Actions in daily development workflows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in backend development.
• Proficiency in Node. js/Type
  Script and/or Python.
• Familiarity with AWS, including both SDKs and core services (serverless and traditional).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code using CDK, Terraform, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with relational and No
  SQL databases.
• Understanding of microservices, monoliths, and
  - driven architectures.
• Some exposure to frontend development with React.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to work in regulated environments and contribute to building secure, compliant software systems.
• Nice to have: Experience in healthcare or similar regulated industries.
• Nice to have: Exposure to AI technologies, LLM integrations, or AI agent development.
• Nice to have: System design and architecture knowledge.
