Intern – Analyst Angel Fund Operations

COREangels Food is looking for an intern to support fund operations.

The intern supports fund operations across data management, process execution, dealflow coordination, angel attraction and reporting. This role ensures operational precision and supports the management in implementing fund strategy.

Key Responsibilities
:

●    Lead fund
- flow

●    Maintain CRM systems, legal archives, startup and investor data

●    Support due diligence, legal document handling, and contract archiving

●    Track startup investment terms, portfolio valuations, and cap table updates

●    Analyze new startup funding rounds and support exit preparations

●    Coordinate communications (reports, small updates, news)

●    Assist in investment committee logistics and
- up

●    Monitor startup reports and maintain complete documentation

●    Coordinate angels involvement

Ideal Candidate Profile
:

●    Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills

●    Knowledge of investment processes and
- stage startup metrics

●    Proficient in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and document management

●    Comfortable working
- functionally and under tight deadlines

●    Fluency in English and work permit in Portugal is required

Job Requirements:

●    Work permit in Portugal

●    Fluency in English

As this is a junior position you will start working closely with the team in every step and gradually gain more independence in your tasks.
