What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or Business;
8 years+ of relevant professional experience in auditing or financial control;
Fluent in English and French (Spanish is a plus);
Availability for international travel 40% of the time — see the world while making a difference!
Professional certifications (CPA, CIA, or similar) are a strong plus;
Solid background in Accounting, Internal/External Audit, and Internal Controls with international exposure;
Strong relationship-building skills with senior management and a strategic mindset;
A true team player – proactive, autonomous, and open-minded towards different cultures and perspectives.



Your Key Responsabilities:

‍ Drive and coordinate internal audits across diverse business functions, ensuring swift and effective implementation of improvement actions;
Evaluate internal controls, identify risks, and spot opportunities for improvement;
Turn audit results into actionable insights that drive smarter decisions;
Partner with senior leaders, share best practices, and strengthen a culture of accountability;
Present clear, impactful reports that connect the details to the bigger business picture.
