Are you ready to delve into intellectually stimulating work? As an Internal Communications Manager at Astra
Zeneca, you will provide expert support in one or more areas related to Internal Communication. You will develop effective internal communication campaigns for one or more categories, and act as an expert resource on internal communications for a geographical or functional area.

Accountabilities:

Your role will involve ensuring effective communication strategies that connect the company and the culture. You will create communication materials, manage an editorial calendar, and guarantee engagement across all our internal channels. You will also manage internal events from conceptualization to assessment, prepare internal communication materials, and monitor the effectiveness of our internal communication efforts.

Essential Skills/Experience:

Proven track record of delivery to ensure communication goals and relevant outcomes

Tech-savvy

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong project management capabilities

Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms

Stakeholders' management
