The challenge:
We’re looking for an experienced and talented individual to develop and deliver internal communication activities to support the Fujitsu European business strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Europe Internal Communications, you will ensure we fully contribute to the success of the International business through planned, innovative and
- quality communication campaigns and activities.
Your role will involve the following key accountabilities:
Plan, coordinate and deliver communication campaigns for European and global audiences
Ensure campaign messages are timely, relevant and impactful for each audience segment
Ensure campaigns are measured against SMART objectives to drive continuous improvement
Drive creativity and innovation through content and channels
Ensure that all campaigns are compliant with brand guidelines
Ensure campaigns are consistent with the employer brand tone of voice
Monitor and adopt industry best practices
Support delivery of leadership communication where this is a team priority.
Your experience, skills and behaviors:
We are looking for a proactive and creative communicator who is passionate about engaging employees and driving impactful internal communication strategies across a diverse, international landscape. You will work independently and collaboratively with regional and global teams to support strategic business priorities through effective communication
Extensive experience of developing, delivering and measuring effective communication campaigns
Excellent planning, project and stakeholder management skills
Cultural awareness - understanding the nuances of communicating to employees from different backgrounds
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver right first time, at pace
Drive to innovate, to be creative and to continuously improve
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to distill complex information into clear, concise and effective content
Flexible and proactive team player – comfortable collaborating in support of shared objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
2–4 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement – preferably within a large, matrixed organization or international environment.
Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content across formats (written, visual, digital) tailored to different internal audiences.
Experience supporting communication campaigns aligned to business strategy, change initiatives, leadership visibility, or culture programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills – you are confident working with senior leaders and
- functional teams to gather insights and shape communications.
Comfort working in a decentralized,

Familiarity with internal channels and tools (e. g. , Share
Point, Viva Engage, Teams, video production platforms, email platforms).
Native or
- native English fluency.
