Why this job is important
As an Internal Controls Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in strengthening our financial integrity. You’ll design, implement, and monitor internal controls across key finance processes, ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and business objectives. Your work will directly impact how we operate, helping us deliver excellence in a
- paced,
- volume Shared Service Centre environment.
What you’ll be doing
Designing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls across finance processes.
Leading structured internal controls testing, focusing on Quote to Cash (Q2C) and Record to Disclosure (R2D) cycles.
Identifying control gaps and recommending practical improvements and automation opportunities.
Collaborating with process owners to validate control design and effectiveness.
Supporting internal and external audits, preparing documentation, and tracking remediation plans.
The skills & experience needed as Intern Controls Analyst
A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certification (e. g. , ACA, ACCA, CISA) or working towards one.
Experience in internal controls testing, audit, or compliance.
Strong understanding of finance processes, especially Q2C and R2D cycles.
Familiarity with ERP systems and cloud platforms.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and across global teams.
Strong communication skills in English.
