Key Tasks:

• Identify and assess risks, ensuring effective internal control systems.
• Define and execute the annual review plan for internal control.
• Perform
  - hoc audits and participate in
  - functional projects.
• Prepare reports, recommend improvements, and monitor implementation.
• Collaborate with corporate and local teams to standardize practices.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Auditing.
• 5+ years' experience in internal control functions, preferably in an industrial environment.
• Knowledge of risk management, COSO methodology, and international best practices.
• Strong skills in communication, planning, conflict management, and autonomy.
• Fluent in English (B2–C1);
