Internal It Supporter (M/F/D)

To support colleagues at our plant in Ovar, Portugal, as well as offer assistance to colleagues in Germany and the United Kingdom, we are looking for an experienced,
- time Internal IT Supporter.
Your role and key responsibilities
You will report directly to the Finance Manager at our head office in Denmark. We expect you to be
- organised,
- oriented and work systematically with your tasks. You take pride in documenting processes and solutions in a way so both colleagues and business partners easily understand. You see all tasks through and ensure continuity and quality in our IT solutions. Your main tasks will be to:
- Set up, install and troubleshoot IT equipment
- Supporting role in different IT projects
- Maintain & troubleshoot local IT infrastructure (computers, servers, network equipment) in Ovar – and in Germany and the UK when needed
- Close cooperation with our external IT provider
- Provide both remote and
- site technical support to colleagues in all departments - Ensure compliance with IT security policies
- Continuously improve IT processes & cybersecurity
- Moderate travel activity must be expected to offer
- on support at locations in Germany / the UK
Qualifications & experience
The position requires min. 2 years of
- on experience in IT Support. We expect you to have:
- Relevant educational background in IT – having passed the MS-900 exam (AZ-900 exam a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (knowledge of hybrid environments a plus)
- Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity and experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and security systems
- Ability to work in a structured and
- oriented manner to meet deadlines while ensuring solid documentation of tasks completed - Good communication and people skills. Ability to explain complex IT challenges to colleagues who do not necessarily work with IT on a daily basis
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese
- Skills in Power
Shell and SQL an advantage
