We’re looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial International Business Development Manager to drive growth across key African markets. This role involves close collaboration with international teams and partners and includes a

- month trip to the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies across Africa, identifying market opportunities and delivering tailored connectivity solutions
- Grow and manage sales channels and strategic partnerships , while building lasting relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
Monitor relevant infrastructure, industrial, and energy projects to position LAPP as a preferred supplier
Maintain deep knowledge of LAPP’s product portfolio and ensure alignment with market demands
Candidate Profile
Degree in Engineering, Business, International Management, or related field
Prior experience in B2B sales, business development, or export management, ideally in industrial or technical sectors, is preferred
Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and
- building skills
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is an added value due to regional relevance
Familiarity of electrical components, cables, or connectivity solutions is a strong advantage
Ability to work independently , adapt to multicultural environments, and thrive in
- paced environments.
