Location: Flexible (Portugal or abroad)

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, this role will be key in consolidating our presence in Europe and strengthening our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the commercial strategy.

Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with distributors, resellers, and key industry players.

Leverage existing contacts and networks within the swimming pool sector (water treatment, salt electrolysis, automation systems, or related products).

Negotiate distribution agreements, pricing, and commercial conditions.

Act as the main point of contact for partners, providing market insights and ensuring
- term relationships.

Represent the company at international trade fairs, particularly Barcelona and Lyon, as well as other relevant industry events and client meetings.

Report market trends and competitive intelligence to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development, distribution management, or export sales in Europe.

Strong network of contacts in the swimming pool sector - mandatory.

Fluency in English and French (Spanish and/or Italian are a strong plus).

Excellent negotiation and
- building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset,

Flexibility to be based in Portugal or abroad, with frequent travel across target markets.
