International Customer Service Specialist
You will be working in a city known for its café culture and have a passion for customer service or content moderation.
- Providing the best possible answers and solutions to questions and concerns from customers over the phone, via email or social media.
- Supplying customers with the necessary information and solving any issues.
- Following up of issues if needed.
Additionally, you will be responsible for moderating all written content on a social media platform, ensuring its accuracy and quality.
- Validating written content for accuracy and quality.
- Sharing ideas to improve the quality of our work.

- Becoming an expert in advertisement content and providing advice on its accuracy and quality.
The role also involves technical support, assisting users with presales, general inquiries and technical support issues via various channels.
- Providing support to customers by responding to inbound requests and documenting relevant case information.
- Assisting users with technical support issues via phone, email, or social media channels.
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction by responding in an appropriate and friendly manner.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A native level of Dutch and at least a B1 level of English.
- Passion for customer service, content moderation, or technical support.
- Knowledge of the value and impact that good customer experience can create.
- Excellent communication skills, being an attentive listener and comfortable communicator.
- Ability to work energetically, innovatively, and proactively in a
- paced environment.
- Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle.
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
- A valid Portuguese work permit.
