INTERNATIONAL MARKET MANAGER

Responsabilities:

• Assessment of market trends and consumer needs, collecting product inputs and influencing the assortment.

• Monitor ZIPPY's positioning, recommending the pricing policy and promotional activity.

• Commercial
- up with an effective presence in the field, focusing on Operations, Visual Merchandising and Customer Service.

• Effective communication and alignment of ZIPPY's values, mission, objectives and strategy. Monitor the organization and performance of Partner teams, evaluating their performance and ensuring sustainable growth.

• Align the shipment plan according with the forecast and adjust it in accordance with real figures.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably in the retail sector;

• International experience would be appreciated;

• Fluency in English (mandatory requirement);

• Availability for travel (mandatory requirement);

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in areas such as economics, management, engineering (mandatory requirement);

• The candidate should have commercial aptitude.
