Care is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.
Key responsibilities:
- Monthly payroll processing;
- Management ofnew hires, terminations, and contract changes;
- Supportin preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS);
- Liaisonwith external entities;
- Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments);
- Supportin preparing HR reports and indicators;
- Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field;
- Minimum5 years of experience in payroll;
- Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
- Solid Excel skills and payroll software;
- Attention to detail, responsibility, and team spirit.
