Care is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our Human Resources team. You'll play a key role in continuously improving payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, and operational efficiency, while helping prepare the company for future challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Monthly payroll processing;
  
  
  
  
• Management ofnew hires, terminations, and contract changes;
  
  
  
  
• Supportin preparing legal declarations (Social Security, Tax Authority, IRS);
  
  
  
  
• Liaisonwith external entities;
  
  
  
  
• Compliance with legal and tax obligations (DMR, Single Report, garnishments);
  
  
  
  
• Supportin preparing HR reports and indicators;
  
  
  
  
• Ensure compliance with labor and tax legislation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Management, Accounting, HR or related field;
  
  
  
  
• Minimum5 years of experience in payroll;
  
  
  
  
• Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor law;
  
  
  
  
• Solid Excel skills and payroll software;
  
  
  
  
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and team spirit.
