About the Job

We are seeking a German-speaking Social Media Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safer online environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• To become an expert in policy and guideline standards for social media platforms.
• To review uploaded content and check if they follow the policies.
• To provide services on a 24/7 shift rotation to maintain continuous coverage.

Please note that this job can involve extensive exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.

What We Are Looking For

  - level proficiency in German and a minimum B2 level of English.
• Ability to keep

  - date with social media trends and practices.
• Resilience when dealing with sensitive content, demonstrating emotional maturity and professional detachment.
• Motivation and commitment to perform assigned tasks effectively.
• Excitement about intercultural communication and embracing the expatriate lifestyle.
• Living in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience.
• A valid Portuguese work permit (required).
