As a Trip Expert, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing assistance to clients via inbound calls in the
  - sales process, answering inquiries regarding planned events and trips.
• Managing the reservations
  - office, including ticket issuing, modification, and cancellation of reservations.
• Helping to book experiences and activities.
• Offering advice on the best places to experience and pick up.
• Being responsible for booking changes, cancellations, and refunds.

- Full-time contract (40 hours/week) on rotating shifts.

- Salary conditions (*) – two options available.

1. Free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included):

€1, 214 gross/month.

2. Excluding accommodation:

€1, 610 gross/month.
