We are seeking newly graduate professionals for IEFP Internships “Estágio + Talento”, to join us as a Junior Database Research Consultants in our office in Lisbon. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, forecasting future market conditions, and providing actionable insights to guide our clients' investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze data from primary and secondary sources;
• Build and maintain structured and up to date databases;
• Produce presentations that summarize the collected information.

Requirements:

• Eligibility for an IEFP professional internship (Estágios + Talento) – please apply only if you are eligible for this internship;
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Statistics, Data Science or a related field;
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks;
• Quick learning ability;
• Proficiency in data analysis tools;
• Knowledge of visualization platforms (Power BI);
• Basic knowledge of statistics;
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment;
• Interest in the real estate sector will be considered a plus;
• Driving License.
