Operations Specialist.

We are looking for a structured and analytical junior profile to join our Operations team.

You’ll be the
- to person for managing data tables, tracking tools, and helping streamline our internal processes across different countries.

Your mission:

Create, manage and update internal tracking tables (Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc. ).

Analyze data and highlight trends to help
- making.

Build clear and simple reports and dashboards to track performance.

Work closely with other teams (Finance, HR, Clinical, Legal…) to help align data and processes. .

Spot inconsistencies or issues in our current workflows and suggest improvements.

Support the rollout of new tools or processes across markets.

You’ll be great in this role if:

You love working with data and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc. ).

You’re
- oriented and organized.

You enjoy solving problems and making things more efficient

You can write and speak in English clearly (working language).

You want to grow in operations, data, or business support roles.
