We are looking for an Intune Expert for this project!

What are we looking for?

• Experience with
-
- end application management (integration, testing, qualification, and deployment) in Intune

• L3 support activities (major incidents, technical issues faced by users)

• Bug analysis and resolution

• Feature development when needed

• Contribution to product lifecycle management within local entities

• Application packaging/configuration via Intune /WIP/VPN

• Updating, resolving, and closing SILVA incident tickets

• Reporting (security items, device count, apps/tools reports) using Intune/Log Analytics

• Documentation of all implementations and configurations

Must-have skills:

• Experience in an English-speaking work environment

• Ability to write clear and structured technical documentation

• MDM approach with Autopilot/Intune expertise

• Strong knowledge of Windows device management

• Proficiency in Windows Information Protection (WIP)

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with MS Endpoint DLP

• Knowledge of Mc
Afee Cloud Proxy

• Experience with F5 Per
App VPN

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
