Join our dynamic team where you will play a pivotal role in managing Siemens Energy’s minority investments. Collaborate with teams like Project Development, Business Development & Sales, and Corporate Functions to drive impactful investment strategies. Facilitate access to Public Financing tools, ensuring projects benefit from governmental support and innovative funding solutions. Help shape the future of energy, especially in new and green technologies, navigating the complexities of investment management.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Oversee assigned investments, enhancing value and ensuring quality by taking on Board Director or Board Observer roles in portfolio companies.
• Evaluate, manage, and mitigate investment risks throughout the lifecycle, from opportunity selection to asset management.
• Support and manage investment portfolios and pipelines in cooperation with internal departments, responding to
  - specific needs.
• Improve investment practices through targets, negotiation strategies, and governance documentation.
• Control current and future shareholdings, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements and maintaining data repositories.

What You Bring

• Master’s degree or higher in Economics/Finance.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in Finance, plus 2 years in
  - related roles like investment banking, private equity, or management consulting.
• Experience in financial planning & analysis, modeling, valuation, and due diligence in global projects.
• Knowledge of
  - scale energy and infrastructure projects, with understanding of project development and finance.
• Skilled in international negotiation and conflict resolution, with excellent organizational skills under deadlines.
• Business fluency in English; proficiency in German, Portuguese, and/or Spanish is a plus.
