The position :

We are seeking an Investment Manager to join our Investment Team. The individual will play a key role across the entire investment lifecycle, from origination through execution and active portfolio management. Key responsibilities include :

• Managing the screening and evaluation of investment opportunities , including rigorous financial analysis, due diligence, and preparation of materials for Investment Committee discussions;
• Supporting deal structuring, negotiation, and execution processes in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders;
• Participating in
  - investment monitoring, including oversight of portfolio company performance and implementation of value creation plans;
• Contributing to strategic planning with portfolio company management teams to support sustainable growth and performance;
• Preparing internal and external reporting materials, including management updates and investor communications;
• Engaging across various aspects of firm activity, contributing to a collaborative and
  - driven team culture.
