We are looking for a motivated and articulate Investor Relations Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will help drive our fundraising efforts by engaging with prospective investors, delivering compelling pitches, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners.

You will prepare investor materials, coordinate outreach campaigns, and ensure our message is clear, consistent, and aligned with our brand.

You will also assist with onboarding and KYC processes for new investors. Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective investors, introducing them to the firm's funds and investment strategy. Deliver clear, confident, and persuasive pitches both
- person and virtually. Support fundraising campaigns, including scheduling meetings, following up with prospects, and tracking pipeline progress. Prepare
- quality investor presentations, pitch decks, and marketing materials. Maintain relationships with existing investors, providing updates and answering inquiries. Research and identify potential new investors, markets, and networking opportunities. Coordinate investor events, meetings, and roadshows. Assist in the onboarding of new investors, including collecting necessary documentation and supporting KYC requirements. Qualifications
Required:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, sales, or
- facing roles (internships and
- time experience considered). Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills;

comfortable speaking with

- worth individuals and institutional investors. High energy,
- motivated, and comfortable working in a
- paced entrepreneurial setting. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred:Experience in venture capital, private equity, or asset management. Familiarity with investor CRM systems and pipeline management. Understanding of KYC/AML basics. What We Offer
