Due to continued growth and increasing investment activity, Restart is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to join our team.

The Investor Relations Associate will play a critical role in supporting Restart SCR’s commercial and distribution activities. This position combines investor relations, marketing liaison, commercial operations, and onboarding responsibilities. The objective is to ensure consistent lead management, smooth investor journeys, and strong alignment between Restart’s Business Development team and its marketing and service partners.

Key Responsibilities

Manage lead intake from multiple channels (website, Linked
In campaigns, Arrow/Norfin Real Estate Sales Force, Details Hotels, and Arrow events).

Qualify leads, schedule meetings for the Business Developer / Commercial Director, and ensure timely
- up.

Track lead conversion across direct, specialised service providers, and business originators.

Support relationship management with Arrow/Norfin Real Estate Sales Force and Details Hotels through training sessions, referral monitoring, and corrective measures.

Coordinate logistics and materials for external roadshows and events.

Monitor referral activity from specialised service providers (law firms, tax consultants) and fiduciary originators (wealth managers, private bankers, family offices).

Provide product training to commissioned business originators (residency planners, relocation advisors, brokers, etc. ) and track performance.

Marketing & Communications Interface

Act as the liaison between Business Development and Arrow/Restart marketing teams.

Brief marketing on content needs, campaign adjustments, and
- specific materials.

Review marketing deliverables (prospectuses,
- pagers, digital campaigns) for commercial accuracy.

Track performance metrics from website, Linked
In, and digital campaigns, and propose
- driven improvements.

Investor Onboarding & Support

Support lead qualification when not completed online.

Coordinate the investor onboarding journey:

Facilitate the signing of investment related documentation.

Tracking KYC completion with compliance teams.

Provide investors with the welcome kit and access to the reserved microsite area.

Ensure seamless handover to Restart’s dedicated GV Customer Operations Support (responsible for coordinating investor residency processes with legal, tax, and relocation providers).

Monitor investor satisfaction during onboarding and promptly escalat any issues.

Reporting & Performance Management

Deliver monthly reports covering:

Lead generation and conversion by channel.

Referral partner activity (specialised providers, fiduciary originators, commissioned distributors).

Subscription pipeline status and completed investments.

ROI of marketing campaigns and activities.

Recommend tactical and strategic adjustments to optimise distribution efficiency.

Profile Requirements

Background: 2–5 years’ experience in investor relations, commercial operations, financial services marketing, or private equity/VC support functions.

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Power
Point.

Comfortable working in a matrix structure with both senior management and external partners.
