In Fleet Logistics we manage Fleet & Mobility for corporate fleets, and we currently have an open position in our Invoice Control department in Portugal.

The ideal candidate has a background in
- office Accounting or Expenses management activities for fleet or travel, is available to start immediately and has some basic knowledge of Operational leasing and company cars concept.

As Invoice Control Support you will analyze, validate and approve fleet Suppliers' invoices, using Fleet Logistics' owned software as well as Microsoft Office tools. You will be responsible for recurring and
- hoc activities within your role, including costs analysis, reporting, database management, quality checks and communication with Partners and Client stakeholders.

Skills:

Excellent attention to detail;

Very organized and able to
- task and prioritise;

Very good written communication in Portuguese; good written English

Microsoft Office independent user;

Fast learner

Positive, "can-do" attitude
