Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands‑on and passionate Invoicing Manager to join our Shared Services Center Team. The role will report to the Shared Services Center Manager and will be based in Lisbon.

This new established role will work closely with senior professionals across our European markets and interact with local operations. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow, showcase strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Control of Contract Invoicing
• Month‑end closing and reporting (calculate month‑end quota, report sales information, issue credit notes, and monitor main KPIs)
• Team management responsibilities – ensure proper training of team members and day‑to‑day operations
• Develop and monitor projects within the department

Reports and Reporting Structure

This position will report directly to the Shared Services Center Manager, based in Lisbon.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a self‑starter and high‑potential/top‑performer who will combine invoicing knowledge with a proactive business mindset focused on driving value to the business.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Strong interest in invoicing
• Experience in invoicing, preferably in an international environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced international environment
• Methodical and high attention to detail
• Enjoys working with a variety of IT systems
• Organized with an appetite for improving existing processes
• Enthusiastic and high‑energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
• Humble and team‑player
