T Billing Specialist. This role holder will be part of the Io
T Billing Systems Team supporting and implementing the platform roadmap strategy and transformation. As an Io
T Billing Specialist will have a good understanding of software development lifecycle and methodology, with a deep technical understanding of the domain and the components within it. As Io
T Billing Specialist will be working closely with Product Managers, Architects and Engineers, Billing Operations teams and vendors to support on build the Billing Systems technology plan and roadmap. * Together with Product Managers align with Op
Cos and the Local regions for the invoicing and tax models;* Agree on settlement and processes towards partners, Op
Cos and Customers;* Define and create requirements / assessments for what we need to build on billing as a capability enhancement triggered by new products and propositions coming from the business;* Deliver a
- quality billing service and security of customer information and records;* Proactive,
- oriented, and collaborative;* Strong analytical and
- solving skills;* Customer-centric and able to manage multiple priorities. ## **Who you are*** BSc or MSc level degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications;* Experience and understanding of BSS Platforms, Billing Platforms;* Experience and understanding of Billing and Invoicing flows;* Knowledge or

- operations thinker;* Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken);* Proven resiliency to cope with high pressure situations;* At least 3-4 years of proven experience in developing & deploying large scale enterprise solutions for Revenue/ Billing Management systems;* Proven
- on experience on Revenue / mediation / billing platforms;* Proven experience with technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL, Postgre
SQL, Shell script, Linux scripting, Jenkins, GIT* Understanding of Billing platforms available in the market (APRM, BRM);* Experience with Agile methodologies (certicate would be a plus);* Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
