T Billing Specialist you will be part of the Io
T Billing Systems Team supporting and implementing the platform roadmap strategy and transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Align with Op
Cos and local regions for invoicing and tax models. - Agree on settlement and processes towards partners, Op
Cos and customers. - Define and create requirements/assessments for billing capabilities triggered by new products.
- Deliver a high‑quality billing service and ensure security of customer information and records.
- Be proactive, detail‑oriented and collaborative.
- Apply strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Customer‑centric and able to manage multiple priorities.
Who You Are
- BSc or MSc in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science or Telecommunications.
- Experience and understanding of BSS platforms, billing platforms and billing/invoicing flows.
- Knowledge of fundamental elements of Io
T systems. - Big‑picture oriented, end‑to‑end thinker.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proven resiliency under high‑pressure situations.
- At least 3‑4 years of proven experience developing and deploying large‑scale enterprise solutions for revenue/billing management systems.
- Hands‑on experience with revenue / mediation / billing platforms.
- Experience with technologies such as Oracle, MS SQL, Postgre
SQL, Shell scripting, Linux scripting, Jenkins, Git. - Knowledge of market billing platforms (APRM, BRM).
- Agile methodology experience (certification a plus).
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (spoken and written).
