Commercial Consultant
We are looking to hire a business graduate, ideally with a couple of years’ experience, who has an interest in working within a central commercial function for a global company. We will provide you the opportunity to work with a diverse team of experts and designers across our Human Capital business, developing EMEA focused business solutions and

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Loughrea office.

What The Day Will Look Like
- Create
- focused proposals in formal bid processes, using your business background to craft targeted solutions that meet clients' requirements while ensuring the Aon message is effectively communicated. - Develop client opportunities through various stages, from qualified lead to contract signature, by creating and managing project plans, timelines, and action plans for client submission.
- Manage key relationships and stakeholders both externally and internally across our 35 global locations to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate with our design experts to support the visualization of the client solution and representation of the Aon brand externally.
- Gain and apply expertise in Aon technologies and offerings from across our Human Capital offering, ensuring best practice principles are embedded within client solutions.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
- Possess analytical and
- solving skills with a strong attention to detail. - Able to establish and maintain positive, sustainable working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Be ambitious to succeed, consistently set high standards for self and others, work to achieve excellent results and outcomes.
- Qualifying/recently qualified to a master’s level in a
- related subject area or equivalent experience. - Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Additional language skills, French/German to a professional proficiency level, would be advantageous but not essential.
