About the Role: IS Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal counsel and trade compliance functions through IT solutions.
• Act as part of a project team, working closely with other Business Analysts.
• Contribute to process improvements and solution scope expansion.
• Provide daily user support and incident resolution.
• Ensure all project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities for new features and functionality within legal systems.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and specifications.
• Conduct risk analysis and support
  - making processes.
• Write and review technical and functional documentation.
• Assist in testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Contribute to release planning, impact analysis, and regression testing.

Required Skills:

• Prior experience in legal or corporate compliance IT systems (CLM experience is a strong plus).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work in international teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
• Willingness to support both ongoing operations and new project implementations.
