About the Role

We are looking for a proactive SPL Relationship Manager & CSC Support to strengthen collaboration between our company and ISPL ITG CDF, ensuring smooth delivery of services such as penetration testing and application security (code review analysis). You will also provide essential administrative support to the Head of CSC.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with ISPL
• Forecast and monitor annual usage of ISPL services
• Manage budgets from planning to execution, reporting any deviations
• Support the Head of CSC with administrative tasks and presentations
• Oversee contracts and assist in defining new service requirements
• Prepare KPIs and maintain the CSC skills plan
• Collaborate with the VM operational team on campaign planning and

Reporting To: Head of CSC

What We’re Looking For

• Languages: Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in IT; cybersecurity knowledge is a plus
• Skills: Strong analytical ability, attention to detail,
  - focused, adaptable, collaborative
• Tools: Proficient in MS Office; able to produce regular and
  - hoc reports

Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
